Is my website really free?

Yes. Free includes your website, hosting, a ZAILEN web address, Home, Services, About and Contact pages, enquiry forms, editing tools and basic analytics. Your website can stay live without a monthly subscription.

What happens after the 14-day Growth trial?

Your 14-day Growth trial starts when you first publish your website. No card is required. If you choose not to continue, Growth features end and your website returns to Free.

Can I upload my logo and photos?

Yes. Add your own photos and business details. Your logo is shown during the Growth trial and with Growth. On Free after the trial, your header shows your business name instead. Free includes a Powered by ZAILEN footer. Growth removes the ZAILEN attribution as part of the paid branding features.

What website address do I get?

Every published website gets a professional ZAILEN address such as yourbusiness.zailen.co.uk. Connecting a separately owned domain is not currently part of the live service.

Can I add social media links and extra pages?

Growth includes social links and up to two extra pages alongside Home, Services, About and Contact. Choose Pricing, Our Work, FAQs or your own page, then edit it in your Website dashboard.

Will my website work on phones?

Yes. Studio, Signature and Impact are all designed for mobile, tablet and desktop. Preview every Design Studio direction before publishing and update your content whenever you need to.

Is ZAILEN suitable for my business?
