Create your ZAILEN account, choose Review Manager and add your Google Business Profile link and alert email.
Invite webituponline@gmail.com through Google’s People and access settings. Give written reply permission in your dashboard. We check access.
The team checks Google, records reviews and handles responses through the browser. Your workspace keeps progress visible.
You remain the owner of your Google profile. Manager access can be removed in Google, and reply permission can be withdrawn in ZAILEN. We never ask you to hand over your Google password.
When the feedback is difficult
A low rating needs care, not a defensive reply. One- and two-star reviews are flagged for your attention, with an email queued when our team records the review.
Sensitive complaints need your input. We should never guess what happened, disclose private information or promise refunds or remedies without your approval.

The monthly service includes Google review responses, a review workspace, reply-status tracking and email alerts when one- or two-star reviews are recorded. The subscription covers your linked Google Business Profile. Contact us about additional locations or historic review backlogs.
This is a managed review service. The team checks Google, records reviews and publishes replies manually. It is not continuously monitoring your profile, and alerts are not instant. Google API access is awaiting approval. An owner or administrator can subscribe through Stripe once manager access is verified.
Invite webituponline@gmail.com as a Manager through Google Business Profile settings → People and access. Then save your profile link and written reply permission in ZAILEN. We verify access before handling reviews. You keep ownership and do not share your Google password.
One- and two-star reviews are flagged in your workspace and queue an email to your chosen address when recorded. We prepare a calm, professional response. Sensitive complaints need your input before a response makes factual claims or commitments on your behalf.
No. The low-rating threshold is below three stars, so only one- and two-star reviews trigger that alert. Three-, four- and five-star reviews can still receive a considered reply.
Yes. The workspace separates reviews awaiting a reply, saved drafts and replies your team has confirmed as published. A saved draft is not a published Google response.
You can withdraw reply permission in your dashboard and remove our Manager access in Google at any time. Use Manage billing & cancellation in your dashboard to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Withdrawing Google permission alone does not cancel your subscription.
We do not promise to remove reviews, change star ratings or guarantee Google rankings. The service is about responding thoughtfully, keeping you informed and helping you manage customer feedback.
