Using ZAILEN
You must provide accurate account and business information and use ZAILEN lawfully. You are responsible for the content, customer information and communications managed through your workspace.
Free, Growth and Complete
ZAILEN currently offers a Free plan and Growth at £59 per month. Complete is still being developed and is not yet available to buy. Creating your workspace starts a 14-day Growth trial. No card is required to start. If you choose to continue, enter your card details during secure checkout; the £59 monthly subscription begins when the trial ends. If you do not add a card, Growth features end and your website returns to the Free plan. Paid billing is subject to the checkout and subscription terms shown during checkout.
Free website availability
If you do not upgrade after the Growth trial, your published website can remain available on the Free plan, subject to ZAILEN's acceptable use and service rules.
Features and service changes
ZAILEN is an evolving product. Features, limits and integrations may change as the service develops. Material changes to paid services or pricing will be communicated before they take effect.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for reviewing important customer communications, bookings and business decisions made through your account.
